My Story
From the streets of Lima to the stages of Mumbai — dance has been my constant companion.
Peru — Age 6
I grew up in Peru training in marinera norteña, festejo, saya, and Latin rhythms. Dance wasn't a choice — it was how I understood the world before I had words for it.
Age 9
Everything changed when I discovered Bollywood. It felt like finding a part of myself I never knew existed. The colors, the expression, the stories told through movement — I was captivated.
Teenage Years
By my teens, I was performing in full theatrical Bollywood productions at theaters across Peru, including playing a double lead role at Teatro Julieta in Miraflores. I also joined an improvisation and clown theater group — an experience that transformed how I connect with an audience forever.
Age 19
Becoming the translator and student of renowned choreographer Devesh Mirchandani opened new worlds. I deepened my understanding of Bollywood and discovered the foundations of Kathak — the classical dance form that would shape everything after.
China
China opened unexpected doors. I performed at Diwali and Holi celebrations in luxury hotels — the Sheraton, Grand Hyatt Hangzhou, InterContinental Shanghai. I led dance groups and taught Bollywood and Latino Zumba classes across Hangzhou and Shanghai.
Mumbai
Then came Mumbai — the heart of Bollywood itself. I trained in Bollywood, Kathak, and the art of facial expression — that subtle language that turns every movement into a story. Here I learned that dance is not about the body. It's about what moves through the body.
Today — Bali
Today I teach online from Bali, weaving together dance, expression, and breathwork. Because when the body moves and the breath flows, the soul is set free. This is not just dance instruction — it's an invitation to come home to yourself.
Why I Dance
"When I dance, I feel like the world stops and I simply exist in my own universe where nothing else matters. Just being. Just present."
I feel connected to my heart, to my essence, to God — as if His spirit moves through me. Dancing makes me feel that all the love I carry inside can be expressed and shared with others through this art.
