Yes. There's no prerequisite or perfect moment. You can start whenever you're ready, and we'll meet you where you are.
Wear something comfortable that lets you move freely. No special equipment needed. Just bring yourself.
Once a week is a solid foundation. Some people come more often. What matters is consistency, not intensity.
Movement & Breath sessions work best when you show up as you are, without expectation or judgment. There is no right way to move or breathe here, only your way. Come with an open mind and let your body teach you what it needs.
